August 26 - The Historical Society together with the Bastrop Chamber of
Commerce will host a reception to welcome Kathy Danielson, the new Director
of Bastrop's future Convention Center. Join us at the Kerr Community

October 9 - Huge Community-Wide Antiques, Collectables, and Garage Sale at 67 W. Loop 150 between Super Donuts and Goodwill, 7:00am to 3:00pm.
